Please, follow the steps bellow to find out if Microsoft .NET Framework is installed in your computer:

1. Open the "Start" menu and click in "Control Panel"
2. Open "Add or Remove Programs"
3. Look for "Microsoft .Net Framework (your language) v1.0.xxxx" (see image bellow)
4. If you cannot find it, it's not installed.
